It is reported that radiations from cell phones are harmful. This is true. There are many problems caused by using cell phones frequently. But they are really important in life. Some people cannot live and work well without them. In order to avoid problems caused by using these phones, it is necessary for people to learn how to keep away from the radiations. I think I am quite experienced with this problem as I pay much attention to it in daily life.
Firstly, I power my phone off when I am sleeping. This is easy. But it is difficult for many people to do. Many of them like to put in beside the pillow with and power on. Such behavior is dangerous! The radiation will influence the whole body. Only by powering it off people can keep the radiations away when sleeping.
Secondly, I never make phone calls when the semaphore is poor. It is said that the poorer the semaphore is, the more radiation there will be. Thus, it is better not to make phone calls at that time.
And I don’t hold the cell phone clinging to the ears when I was making phone calls. Sometimes I use the headphone instead. It is always good for us to keep distance with a cell phone. The farther the distances are, the less radiations near us.
When the battery of the phone is in low power, I don’t call others or send massages. This is also harmful. The best solution is to change a battery with enough power.
Radiations are everywhere today in life. And more and more people realize how harmful they are. But most of them know little about the methods to keep away from them. If a cell phone is usually used, it is important for people know these methods. Otherwise, there will be more healthy problems caused by using cell phones.
